Simplified Staffing Management
We handle all aspects of managing our workers, including recruitment, performance monitoring, and staff transitions, based on your feedback and instructions. This eliminates the hassle of hiring and managing casual staff directly.
On-Demand, On-Call, 24/7
Our team is on-call daily to assist with staff placements as required, providing you with reliable support whenever needed.
Transparent Pricing Model
We charge an hourly rate aligned with industry standards, inclusive of all on-costs such as superannuation, workers’ compensation, payroll tax, annual leave, sick leave, and holiday pay (where applicable).
A margin for our services is included, and GST is applied to all invoices.
You are invoiced weekly or according to your preferred pay cycle.
Payroll Management
We handle all payroll processes in-house, reducing your administrative burden and payroll tax obligations. Simply provide us with authorized timesheets detailing working hours and breaks for each candidate on a weekly basis.
Insurance Coverage
Our candidates are covered by our Work Cover Insurance policy, and we manage any workplace injuries directly.
An incident report is all we need from you in the event of an issue. We also provide a Certificate of Currency before commencing services.
Flexible Assignments
There is no obligation to retain any assigned candidate for a specific period. You have the flexibility to make changes as needed.
